| 1968 | Established the first automated feed producing factory. |
| 1989 | Established a main food plant and a sesame processing factory. |
| 1990 | Listed in the stock market. |
| 1993 | Establishd an organic fertilizer factory. |
| 1996 | Established Lugan Bio-tech Organic Fertilizer Plant. |
| 1996 | Passed the ISO-9002 recognition. |
| 1998 | Invested the Zillinon International Co., Ltd. and the Chia-Ton Industry Co., Ltd. |
| 2000 | Engaged in pet food B2B and B2B2C electronic commerce. |
| 2002 | Gained ISO-9001 (2000 version) certification. |
| 2003 | Fwusow and the Chia Fha-Chang Agricultural Chemistry Co., Ltd. were merged. |
| 2004 | Indirectly invested the Xiamen Fwusow Industry Co., Ltd. |
| 2005 | Mr. Y. K. Hung was appointed as the fifth-term Chairman. |
